Maria Rhode is Emeritus Professor of Child Psychotherapy at the Tavistock Clinic in London, and honorary Clinical Associate of the British Psychoanalytical Society. She formerly worked as Consultant Child Psychotherapist at the Tavistock, where she was co-convener of the Autism Clinical Research Workshop. She has published papers on autism, childhood psychosis and infant observation and co-edited three books.
Since the CIPPA was founded, she has been Honorary Vice President for the UK
